From the outset I was treated very kindly by Aparna, who performed the most extensive hearing test I have ever had.
Following the test, it was recommended I try the Widex brand of Bluetooth aids for 2 weeks without charge. I could return if not happy with them. I have subsequently purchased the Widex aids and am more than happy...
